Our Vision
While we are a small to medium insolvency and restructuring firm that works with similarly sized enterprises (both business and personal) we don't let our size define us. We have worked with major national organisations to provide professional solutions at reasonable prices.
Our service offering is not for everyone – we are seeking clients that are willing to work transparently with us to achieve results that are beneficial for all stakeholders involved. Our goal is to continue to work with our established clients and referrers and build new, long standing relationships in our community.

Compassion, timeliness and direct availability for our stakeholders is our aim and we will treat all stakeholders professionally (in an open, forthright and real-world way).

Nick Keramos
Director and Liquidator
Nick Keramos has a strong background in business services and restructuring/insolvency between both personal and corporate. Nick has been part of notable informal workouts, voluntary administrations, liquidations and receiverships throughout his career across various industries including building and construction, retail and property, mining, transport and manufacturing ranging from small to medium businesses. Nick has experience in instructing lawyers in various complex litigious matters some of which involved unique circumstances. He has also engaged and instructed other types of advisors/consultants specifically required for certain external administrations.
Nick has previously been part of trading voluntary administrations whereby stakeholders were able to receive a return from a distressed Company which adopted a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) and employees of the business were retained following the end of the administration. Nick is of the opinion that in these situations both creditors and employees have a chance to continue their relationship with the business, and it can continue as a going concern even in the most difficult of circumstances.
In 2021 mcleods accounting expanded and opened its office on the Gold Coast. Nick has played a leading role in the business development and growth of our Gold Coast office, which has facilitated new relationships and the continuation of existing relationships being serviced locally. Nick is of the opinion that the key to long-term client and referrer relationships is transparency, and the delivery of an honest professional opinion, particularly in adverse circumstances.
